Buyer Protection

Tracking Required

Orders ship with tracking. This protects you from non-delivery and gives clear proof of shipment progress.

Issue Windows

Report damaged or incorrect items promptly. We recommend reporting within 48 hours for damage and within 7 days for items not as described.

Dispute Support

If you cannot resolve an issue with the creator, our team can step in to review evidence and mediate fairly.

Creator Protection

Payout Hold for Safety

Creator earnings are released after tracking shows the order is in transit and a short safety window has passed (currently 3 days).

Shipping Funds Reserved

Shipping fees paid at checkout are reserved for label purchase so creators are not forced to front shipping costs.

Payment Disputes

Payment disputes must go through AEther first. Chargebacks filed without prior resolution are treated as theft and result in account bans. We are not able to reimburse creators for chargebacks.

Shipping & Delivery Rules

Accurate Addresses

Buyers must provide correct shipping information. Incorrect addresses can delay delivery or void protection.

Signature on High-Value Orders

High-value orders may require a signature on delivery to reduce fraud and protect both parties.

Insurance Option

Shipping insurance is available at checkout on eligible orders and can speed up resolutions for lost or damaged packages.

Payments & Holds

Transparent Fees

Buyers see a full breakdown of price, shipping, fees, and tax. What you see is what you pay.

Release Conditions

Product earnings are released after shipment tracking is active and the safety window has passed. Orders under review may be held longer.

Refund Handling

Refunds follow the creator's policy. If a refund occurs after payout, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.

Disputes & Evidence

Resolve Directly First

We encourage buyers and creators to communicate directly to resolve issues quickly and respectfully.

Evidence Matters

Photos, tracking scans, and order messages are used to make fair decisions on disputes.

Fraud Prevention

False claims, fake tracking, or abusive behavior can result in account holds or permanent bans.

Fraud & Abuse Policy

Zero Tolerance

We do not allow chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution through AEther, false damage claims, or misrepresented listings.

Account Holds

We may temporarily hold payouts or limit purchasing during an investigation.

Permanent Removal

Repeated violations can result in permanent account removal to protect the marketplace.
