Many of our creators ship internationally. Check the product page or creator's shop for their specific shipping destinations. If a destination isn't listed, contact the creator to ask.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping FAQs
What if my package is lost?
Contact the creator first through your order page. They can help track down the package or file a claim with the carrier. If you purchased shipping insurance, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact the creator immediately through your order page. If the item hasn't shipped yet, they may be able to update the address. Once shipped, address changes aren't possible.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
USPS can deliver to PO boxes, but UPS and FedEx generally cannot. Check with the creator or select USPS at checkout if shipping to a PO box.
Why is shipping a little higher than the label price?
We add a 10% buffer to the shipping cost only (not the item price) to cover carrier adjustments and rate variances. This keeps shipments moving without delays if rates change between checkout and label purchase.
Why is processing time so long?
Many handmade items are made-to-order, meaning the creator crafts your item after you order it. This ensures freshness for consumables and allows for customization. Ready-to-ship items typically process faster.
