Policy Types

Common Return Policies

No Returns

All sales are final. Common for custom, personalized, or perishable items.

7-30 Day Returns

Returns accepted within the specified window. Conditions may apply.

Exchanges Only

No refunds, but items can be exchanged for store credit or different items.

Conditions

Common Return Conditions

When a creator accepts returns, they typically require some or all of these conditions:

Unused & Unworn

Item must not have been used, worn, or altered

Original Packaging

Return in the original packaging if possible

Tags Attached

All original tags must still be attached

Buyer Pays Shipping

Return shipping costs are typically your responsibility

Restocking Fee

Some creators charge a restocking fee (usually 10-20%)

Custom Orders

Custom & Personalized Items

Generally Non-Returnable

Custom and personalized items are typically non-returnable because they're made specifically for you. This includes items with custom sizing, engraving, color choices, or other personalization.

Exceptions for Defects

Even custom items should be returnable if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Contact the creator immediately if you receive a flawed item.

We encourage direct communication between buyers and creators. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way. However, if you've tried to resolve an issue with a creator and haven't been able to reach a solution, our support team can help mediate.

  • Item significantly not as described
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item never arrived (after reasonable shipping time)
  • Creator is unresponsive after multiple contact attempts
